You automatically agree to these conditions upon requesting or commissioning artwork from me.

- Emergency Commissions are the first commissions to be finished. Then I work on Paid Commissions. And then Free Commissions.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission or request.
- I reserve the right to terminate any commission or request at any time and for any reason.
- Payment must be made via Ko-fi or CashApp. I will accept PayPal but I require a fee as to counteract PayPal's fees. Refunds can only be requested up until the line-art phase.
- I require 100% payment up front before starting your commission. I will not start on your commission before being paid.
- I will provide an update once I enter each phase of the drawing ( sketch, line-work, coloring, shading ). However, you may request updates at any time.
- Harassment will not be tolerated. You will be blacklisted from future commissions.
- You may request edits be made to the drawing at any time during the commission phases ( sketch, line-work, coloring, shading ), however I would prefer if you describe how you'd like the drawing to look before the phases begin.
- You have permission to repost my artwork but you MUST credit me as the artist ( keep my watermark in frame and written / verbal credit ).
- DO NOT edit my artwork in any capacity without including a disclaimer about said edits.
- You may not sell my artwork as an NFT or involve it with bitcoin-related transactions.
- DO NOT steal my artwork. Reselling is only allowed if you are selling the character as a whole. You may NOT resell my artwork as your own.
- I do not give consent for my artwork to be used for AI training or commerce.
- I do not have deadlines, as I get burnt out easily. Your drawing may take less than a day up to several months depending on my queue and mental health / life stuff. I will keep you updated on what's going on ( I will not go into detail ) and where I am in the drawing but I cannot provide a timeline.
- I withhold the right to post my artwork wherever I please, however, you will be credited as owner of the character. You may request to not be credited as well.
